Each Turn Day Kit is packed for one reservation. That means all the amenities needed for a single guest departure are bundled together in one, tidy kit—no sorting or matching required.

You’ll find all of the amenities you’ve selected for that particular home:

• Bathroom and kitchen products
• Paper goods and trash bags
• Plus, pantry staples and guest gifts

Everything your housekeeper needs to stock the home and set the stage for a 5-star stay.

What the Label Tells You

Every kit comes with a label that makes it crystal clear where it’s going and when. Each label includes:

• Property name
• Checkout date
• Color-coded tag based on departure date
• Reservation-specific identifier (if applicable)

These labels make it easy to grab the right kit at a glance—and avoid mix-ups during busy turn days.

How It’s Organized in the Shipment

Inside your shipment, Turn Day Kits are organized by checkout date. That means the first departure of the week will be the first kit you see in the box—everything else follows in order.

You’ll also get a Shipping Manifest for each shipment. This tells you which reservations are in which box.

Use the manifest to organize order, stash kits by day, or prep for back-to-back turns. However your team works, we’ve made it easy to fit right in.

What the Housekeeper Needs to Do

When it’s time to turn the home, your housekeeper just:

1. Grabs the right Turn Day Kit
2. Adds it to their linen + terry bundle
3. Heads to the property
4. Opens the kit and places amenities in the appropriate rooms

That’s it. No sorting, no guessing, no extra trips.
