# sojo HQ: Updating your payment method

1. Go to “**Account Setup**” in the left sidebar, then select “**Billing**.” Click “**+ Add Payment Method**.”
2. Select the billing contact from the dropdown. (If the right contact isn’t listed, add them first under “Team.”)
3. Give the payment method a nickname. We recommend including a date so you know when it was added.
4. Choose Credit Card or ACH, fill in the details, and click “**Save Payment**” at the bottom of the screen.

***Good to know:** It can take one to two billing cycles for your new payment method to take effect. If you have a more complex setup (multiple payment methods across markets or regions), someone from sojo support may reach out to make sure everything is allocated correctly.*
