Track Integration Instructions

sojo's dynamic integration with Track allows sojo to get real time property and reservation data. We'll use this to ship the right amenities at the right time.

Integration instructions:

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Company Setup tab > API Keys

  2. From the API Keys page, click the green “+Server Key” button in the top-right corner

  3. On the Create New API Key page, enter the name of the partner that the key is being
    issued for, and click “Save Key”; page will refresh to display the issued Key and Secret.

Amenity Configuration

Amenities can be custom-made by Customers in Track, and attributed on Unit Profiles (which can also flow to OTAs).

  • Navigate to Configuration > Amenity Categories & Configuration > Amenities
    • Amenity Categories are meant to group the individual amenities together
    • Amenities are the attributes (i.e. A/C, hot tub, coffee maker, etc.) that can be
      associated to Unit Profiles; each Amenity will need to be associated to a dedicated category.


  • Within the Amenity screen, Customers can see existing Amenity options, as well as create a new Amenity.


  • Within each Amenity configuration, Customers will name the Amenity, as well as choose a category, and associate it to the proper OTA equivalent; please note: not all Amenities will have an OTA equivalent. Furthermore, Customers can choose where the Amenity is utilized, with page help to explain what each of those options mean.

Amenity Attribution via Unit Profiles

Once Amenities are built, they can be associated with via the Unit Profiles.

  • Within the Unit Profile, the Customer can find the Amenities under the Amenities tab; any
    applicable Amenities can be attributed by simply checking the box(es).


  • For Amenities that may apply to all properties within a particular grouping (Node; the globe icon in the Unit Tree), the Amenity can be selected at the Node level, and then that attribution will flow down to each Unit within that Node

Enhance Automation with Custom Fields or Local Offices

For even more precise automation, you can use Custom Fields or assign Local Offices in Track to help sojo determine where to ship, what products to send, and which payment method to use.
