# sojo HQ: How to find a shipping manifest and tracking numbers

### **From the dashboard**

If you see the shipment listed under Recent Shipments on your dashboard, click it. A panel opens on the right showing the shipment’s tracking history. Scroll down for the “**Track**” button (takes you to the carrier’s tracking page) and the “**Show Manifest**” button (opens the manifest with a download option for PDF or XLSX).

### **From Active Shipments**

Click the “**Active Shipments**” card on your dashboard to see the full list. The “**Tracking**” column shows your tracking IDs. Click any ID to go directly to the carrier’s tracking page. Click a shipment to open the detail panel, then “**Show Manifest**” to view and download.

### **Past shipments**

Click “**Shipments**” in the left sidebar. This shows all shipments, including delivered ones. Same steps: click the shipment, then “**Show Manifest.**”
