# sojo HQ: How to access an invoice

1. Click “**Billing**” in the left sidebar. You’ll see a table with your invoice number, date, status, total, and a download button.
2. Use the search bar at the top to find a specific invoice by number. Click any invoice to open a detail panel showing the order numbers attached to it (expand them to see contents) and a link to download your payment receipt.

**Invoice statuses:**

- - - **Open** means unpaid
          - **Closed** means paid
          - **Cancelled** means voided

**Download options:** PDF or XLSX.
