ResortCleaning Integration Instructions

sojo's dynamic integration with ResortCleaning allows sojo to get real time property and reservation data. 

Integration instructions:

1. The Admin of your ResortCleaning account will go to My Account at the top right and then select Additional Features. 

 

2. Toggle on Sojo Integration and select the Blue Update button at the bottom right. Once enabled then they will be able to go to Setup, Integrations, and Sojo beginning at step 1 of your article. 

3. In ResortCleaning, a new menu item has been created and has a label of “sojo”. The user will navigate to this menu item fromSetup->Integrations->sojo

4. To enable the sojo integration a value must be present in the “Client Identifier” section of the set up page.

5. Once the Client Identifier is saved, the sojo link will now redirect to the Property configuration portal.To configure the properties, check the checkbox and services must be selected in the service dropdown.

6. These Authentication keys need to be copied exactly as they are displayed to access live data, copy the pro URL exactly 

7. Copy the sojo appointment URL exactly

8. Send both URLs to your onboarding specialist if you are a new client, and to sojo Support (support@getsojo.com) if you are an existing client.
