# Refill: What It Is and How It Works

## The first refill program built specifically for vacation rentals—combining refillable bottles with occupancy-based automation to make sure your homes are always stocked, without overordering, overthinking, or overcomplicating.

### **First Shipment: Pump Bottles for Every Home**

We start by sending **pump bottles** for every bathroom and kitchen sink across your portfolio. This sets the foundation for Refill and ensures every home is ready to transition from single-use products to a more scalable system.

Need help rolling it out? We’ll provide best practices based what’s worked best for other clients similar to you—so your team can hit the ground running.

### **First *Automated* Shipment: Refill Pouches for Backstock**

After the bottles are in place, we ship your **initial stock of refill pouches**—enough to cover your first few weeks of turns and fill your shelf.

This first shipment brings you to your **Target Inventory**: the ideal amount of product to keep on hand based on your:

- Property count
- Kitchen and bathroom counts
- Average occupancy
- Seasonality

From there, sojo takes over—tracking usage and replenishing automatically.

### **We Track Occupancy + Usage**

Once you're set up, sojo monitors your reservation calendar in the background.

We track:

- **Occupancy across every reservation**
- Average product usage of each product
- Your remaining inventory of pouches or gallons

This lets us forecast refill needs based on real booking activity—no spreadsheets, no guesswork.
