Managing reservations
- What should I do about last-minute reservations?
- Anything that books within 7 days from departure* needs to be supplied out of your safety stock. If you receive a high volume of last-minute reservations that would fall within this window, be sure to increase the numbers in your safety stock.
- What happens if a reservation is canceled?
- If a reservation cancels prior to 7 days before departure*, the reservation box shipment will be canceled. No problem. However, if the cancelation happens within 7 days of departure, we'll still ship that reservation box your way and the contents can be added to your safety stock supply.
