# sojo HQ: Logging in and resetting your password

### **First time logging in**

Look for an email with the subject line “Welcome to sojo” from [notifications@getsojo.com](mailto:notifications@getsojo.com). Click the link inside, then log in at go.getsojo.com with your email and the temporary password provided. You’ll be prompted to create your own password right away.

**A few things to know:**

- Your login email is case sensitive. Enter it exactly as it appears in the welcome email.
- The setup link is only valid for 7 days. If it expires, reach out to your sojo contact and we’ll send a fresh one.

### **Logging in after setup**

Go to go.getsojo.com and log in with your email and the password you created. Bookmark it for easy access.

### **Forgot your password?**

On the login screen, click “Forgot Password.” A temporary password will be sent to your email. Use it to log in, then set a new one.
