How sojo works
Your amenities run themselves. Here's what's happening behind the scenes.
sojo connects to your reservation calendar, builds the right amenity kit for every stay, and ships it before your team needs it. No manual orders. No inventory tracking. No supply runs.
If you're new to sojo (or just need a refresher), here's the short version of how everything works.
1. Your reservations sync automatically
sojo connects directly to your property management system. Once connected, sojo sees your upcoming reservations in real time: which properties have guests checking in, when they arrive, and how long they're staying.
This is what powers everything else. Your reservation data tells sojo exactly what to send, where to send it, and when.
Tip: Make sure all your active listings are connected and auto-activate is turned on. That way, every new reservation triggers a kit automatically and nothing gets missed. You can check this in your sojo dashboard under Listings.
2. sojo builds the right kit for each stay
Based on your product selections, sojo builds an individual kit for every reservation. Each kit is matched to the property and packed with exactly what that stay needs: bathroom, kitchen, pantry, paper goods, and any extras you've selected.
Everything is labeled by property and organized so your cleaning team can grab it and go. No assembling. No guessing what goes where.
3. Kits ship before turn day
sojo times deliveries to arrive before your team needs them. Kits show up ahead of the reservation, ready to place. Your team can track shipments and view delivery details through your dashboard.
The goal is simple: when your cleaners walk into a property on turn day, everything they need is already there.
4. Your team places the amenities
Kits arrive pre-packed and clearly labeled. Your housekeeping team opens the box, places items where they go, and moves on. No supply closet. No restocking spreadsheets. No last-minute store runs.
Why this matters
Every step that used to take your team's time and attention is handled automatically. Ordering, inventory, kitting, delivery. That's typically 1 hour per property per month that your team gets back to focus on what actually matters: clean homes and happy guests.
sojo is already running for 75,000+ properties. The system works best when auto-activate is on and your listings are fully connected, so if you haven't done that yet, it's the single best step you can take.
