How to use FedEx Delivery Manager® for your sojo Shipments

To give you more control and visibility over your sojo deliveries, we recommend setting up a free FedEx Delivery Manager® account.

With FedEx Delivery Manager, you can:

• Get automatic alerts when your package is on the way, including estimated delivery dates and times
• Add up to three delivery addresses to manage where packages are sent
• Provide delivery instructions (for example: “Leave on the back porch”)

How to Get Started:

1. Go to: https://www.fedex.com/delivery
2. Click “Sign Up” and create your free account
3. Add your preferred delivery addresses (up to three)
4. Set delivery preferences, including instructions and notification settings

That’s it. Once your account is set up, you’ll automatically receive updates for all FedEx shipments, including your sojo orders.
