Delivery Plan Overview

We’ve built flexible delivery plans to support different types of teams. Let’s break down our two most popular:

1️⃣ Weekly Deliveries

Weekly delivery

With a weekly plan, you get one shipment each week that covers all departures for the week ahead.

You pick the delivery day. Most clients go with Thursday, but you can choose what works best. The day you choose just affects when boxes arrive, not which reservations are covered.

Boxes in this plan cover Monday–Sunday departures for the upcoming week.

Good fit for managers that:
  • Are looking to maximize warehouse or office space
  • Need more bandwidth within their ops teams
  • Have a high property count with lots of turns

Why teams love it:
  • One predictable delivery per week allows you to staff accordingly
  • Time to stage, sort, and prep for the week
  • Easier to manage across multiple markets

2️⃣ Daily Deliveries

Daily delivery

With a daily delivery plan, boxes are shipped based on each individual guest departure date—not a weekly schedule.

Most clients choose to receive deliveries 3 days before departure, but you can adjust that window to match your workflow. You’ll only get shipments when they’re needed. Some days? Nothing. Other days, you might get a larger batch based on an upcoming heavy turn day.

Good fit for managers who have:
  • Frequent turns throughout the week
  • Shorter booking windows
  • Smaller storage spaces
Why teams love it:
  • Supplies arrive closer to when they’re actually needed
  • Less inventory to store at one time
  • Syncs perfectly with departure cleans

    Seasonal Flexibility

Your delivery plan doesn’t have to be one-size-fits-all. Many operators switch between daily and weekly deliveries depending on the season:

    • Busy season? Daily deliveries give you tighter control and less clutter.
    • Slower months? Weekly deliveries keep things simple and streamlined.

We’ll help you dial in the right cadence for your calendar—and adjust it anytime as your business evolves.

Not Sure Which One to Pick?

    Start by asking:

    • How predictable are my turns? More chaos? You’ll want more buffer.
    • How much storage do I have? Weekly needs more space than daily.
    • How often do I want deliveries? Weekly is set-and-forget. 3-day is more real-time.

Most new clients start with a weekly plan—then tweak based on what actually works on the ground.
