We’ve built flexible delivery plans to support different types of teams. Let’s break down our two most popular:
1️⃣ Weekly Deliveries

With a weekly plan, you get one shipment each week that covers all departures for the week ahead.
You pick the delivery day. Most clients go with Thursday, but you can choose what works best. The day you choose just affects when boxes arrive, not which reservations are covered.

2️⃣ Daily Deliveries
With a daily delivery plan, boxes are shipped based on each individual guest departure date—not a weekly schedule.
Most clients choose to receive deliveries 3 days before departure, but you can adjust that window to match your workflow. You’ll only get shipments when they’re needed. Some days? Nothing. Other days, you might get a larger batch based on an upcoming heavy turn day.

- How predictable are my turns? More chaos? You’ll want more buffer.
- How much storage do I have? Weekly needs more space than daily.
- How often do I want deliveries? Weekly is set-and-forget. 3-day is more real-time.
