Auto Activate: How It Works

What is Auto Activate?

Auto Activate is a sojo feature that automatically activates your inactive listings when they have upcoming reservations. Instead of manually toggling properties on and off in your account, Auto Activate handles it for you so nothing slips through the cracks.

How does Auto Activate work?

Auto Activate monitors your reservation calendar through your PMS integration. When it detects an upcoming reservation on an inactive property, it automatically activates that property so sojo can prepare and deliver amenity kits in time for guest check-in.

Once activated, the property follows your existing delivery plan and product selections just like any other active listing on your account.

What happens when a property is activated?

When Auto Activate activates a property, it behaves just like any other active listing on your account. sojo will prepare amenity kits based on your upcoming reservations and deliver them according to your delivery plan. You will receive shipping manifests for any new shipments, just like you do for your other active properties.

Will I receive shipments for newly activated properties?

Yes. Once a property is activated, sojo will begin fulfilling orders based on your reservation calendar. You will receive shipping manifests with tracking information for any deliveries headed to those properties.

Can I control which properties are activated?

Yes. If there are specific properties you would prefer to keep inactive, reach out to your support team and we will adjust your account accordingly. Auto Activate is designed to help you stay covered during busy periods, but you always have the final say on which properties are active.

What if I have questions about my account or want to review my active properties?

We are happy to walk through your account with you. Reply to the activation email from your support contact, and we can set up a call or work through any questions over email, whichever is easier for you.
